Meet The Team

Erykah Guidry,M.S.,BCBA,LBA

Founder & Clinical Director

Erykah is a dedicated wife and mother of two. She holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and has been working in the field of ABA since 2020. After becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2023, Erykah has gained extensive experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ranging from ages 2 to 18 in clinics, homes, and schools.

Ingrid Jacques, B.S., HR-Cert.

Human Resources

Ingrid brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment, team development, and organizational leadership. With her HR certification and extensive business knowledge, Ingrid ensures that our internal culture remains as strong and supportive as the care we deliver to families.

Kiana Papillion

Administrative Assistant

Kiana brings a strong background in organization, communication, and client support to her role as Administrative Assistant. As a parent of children with autism, she is deeply dedicated to our mission and the families we serve. Her personal connection fuels her passion and commitment to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from coordinating schedules to managing documentation and supporting both staff and families. Kiana’s attention to detail and heartfelt dedication make her a vital part of our team.
