Current Availability & Waitlist
We Are Currently Accepting New Client Inquiries!
We welcome families interested in ABA therapy services. Please note that availability may vary based on your child's individual needs, preferred schedule, service location, and therapist availability.
While we strive to begin services as quickly as possible, some families may be placed on a waitlist until an appropriate opening becomes available.
We encourage all interested families to complete our intake form so our team can review your child's needs, discuss potential availability, and guide you through the next steps.
Submitting an intake form does not guarantee immediate placement or a specific start date.
Documents Needed to Begin
To help us process your child's referral and move forward with services, the following documents may be requested:
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnostic Evaluation: A diagnostic report confirming an ASD diagnosis, when required by the insurance provider.
-
ABA Referral or Prescription: A referral or order for ABA therapy from your child's physician or other authorized healthcare provider, if required.
-
Insurance Information: A copy of the front and back of your child's insurance card.
-
Additional Relevant Records: Previous ABA treatment plans, evaluations, IEPs, or other supporting documentation, if available.
Don't have all your documents yet?
That's okay! You can still submit an initial intake inquiry. Our team will help identify any additional documentation needed before moving forward with authorization and services.

Four Steps to Begin ABA Services
Step 1: Complete Our Intake Form
Start by completing our online intake form to share information about your child, your family's concerns, preferred service setting, and scheduling needs.
Once received, our intake team will review your submission and contact you regarding availability, required documentation, and next steps.
Step 2: Insurance Verification & Documentation Review
Our team will review your child's information, verify insurance benefits and coverage requirements, and determine whether additional documentation is needed.
When applicable, we will request authorization from your insurance provider to complete an initial ABA assessment.
Step 3: Initial Assessment & Treatment Planning
Once the assessment is authorized and an appointment is available, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child's current strengths, skill development, behavioral needs, and areas for growth.
This process may include caregiver interviews, direct observation, and standardized assessments.
Using this information, the BCBA will develop an individualized treatment plan with meaningful goals tailored to your child and family.
Step 4: Treatment Authorization & Scheduling
Following the assessment, your child's individualized treatment plan will be submitted to the insurance provider for review and authorization, when required.
Once treatment is approved, our team will coordinate scheduling based on the recommended level of care, service location, staffing, and available openings.
If an appropriate opening is not immediately available, your family may be placed on our waitlist. Our team will communicate regarding next steps and potential placement opportunities.
Our goal is to ensure that each child receives the appropriate level of support with a team equipped to meet their individual needs.
