Current Openings
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Memphis, TN and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation:$18-$25 (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
-
Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs
-
Collect accurate data during sessions
-
Work 1:1 with clients in homes, schools, or clinics
-
Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
-
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain
-
Reliable transportation
-
Love for working with children and families
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Memphis, TN and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly or Salary Options Available (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
-
Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
-
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
-
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support client success
-
Provide parent training and caregiver support
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
-
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
-
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Passion for supporting children and families through evidence-based ABA practices
-
Reliable transportation for community-based services
